Not sure what you can get on a $20,000 kitchen budget in New Jersey?

When a client is not sure if they are going to live in their home for less than 5 years, then its always wise to go with a budget kitchen.

Here is a town home that we redid for around $20,000.

This town home was located right by the beach with spectacular views but wasn’t in a great neighborhood. Andy loved to sail and had an affinity for earthy colors and natural stone.

Andy & Sheryl already had purchased their appliances.  We kept the same layout as the original since this worked in the space.

They also had some problems that we needed to solve.

Lack of storage space is one of the problems that we see in every kitchen. In order to add storage we had to first find out what space is currently not being utilized.  There was a lot of dead space in the corner which could be put to use by simply moving their oven a little to the right. Corner of the peninsula was also dead space.

By making small changes we were able to make this kitchen function much better for Andy & Sheryl. Now every inch of their kitchen has storage which they can use.

This green butterfly granite  was on their wish list. The backsplash tiles we chose brings out the nature lover in them. Sheryl wanted their kitchen to have a clean look and Andy liked the traditional aspect of this door style. The undercabinet lighting shows off the backsplash tiles which also adds some color in this kitchen. The porcelain tiles that we chose helps tie in all the elements together. The knobs and handles also reflects their simple & elegant taste.

Here is what Sheryl said- Remya was a pleasure to work with and is clearly and expert in her craft. We saved over 30% over the other quotes we received and our wallets appreciated it! Remya helped us select EVERYTHING for our brand new kitchen and provided amazing, top-notch customer service. She was very vested in our project and was even in our home every day while work was being done, and sent us pictures of the progress while we were on vacation.
For those who want to save money and receive wonderful, personalized service, I highly recommend working with Remya Warrior.
