I live 10min away from the beach and I think the beach season might just start soon. So you have a beach house that you need to get ready before summer? Then these accessories and furniture pieces will be perfect for you.

Having the right accessories clearly adds to the story of your home. Since we live around the shore, many of my clients love accessories that are beachy, nautical and a bit rustic even. I found some accessories and furniture pieces that would allow you to add storage and finish off your room in either a rustic or glam style.

Lets start with the furniture pieces. I really liked these buffets from Stanley. Storage with some dramatic effect. What do you say? This particular piece comes in 3 different colors even though I'm just showing 2 of them.

I like these pieces too, they are more open and give you some storage closed and open storage. So if you want to display some of the accessories, these are perfect. Think of how it would look in a foyer.

How perfect are these chairs? I actually use the 1st one as my desk chair & love the tall back. It gives me more support & I'm loving the feel of this fabric. I used the 2nd one at a clients home recently and both of them are  wide and comfortable. So if you are like me and put your feet up, these are perfect for you. Both these chairs are from Uttermost.

I love mirrors, do you?

The 1st 2 are more rustic. Vermundo, the 1st one has a 14" wood frame with a light walnut stain with burnished details. Mirror is beveled. Its 43" x 43".

Coaldale - Frame is made of bark veneer finished in antiqued, silver champagne leaf with a heavy gray glaze. Mirror features a generous 1 1/4" bevel. 33 W X 45 H Both of these are great choices if you want to bring a little rustic to your room.

Now I'm a girl who loves a little glam even with beachy style.

Lourosa- Hammered metal frame featuring a two toned plated finish in heavily antiqued copper/gold and oxidized silver champagne.

Foliage- Frame features layered, natural leaves covered in distressed silver leaf with light antiquing. Mirror is beveled. 36" x 36".

I cannot forget lighting, an imprtant part of Interior Design. Todays trend is this mixed metal look that you see with this lantern style lighting.

The corals incorporate the beachy theme with it being a little glam because of the metallic finish. The 2nd one is a bit more simpler, however its a nice large piece perfect for your coffee table.

These pieces can be used along with each other especially if you are using them to fill a bookcase like we did or use them as your focal piece on your coffee table, side table of a buffet.

Sybil Squares, Set of 2 - Aged iron squares featuring a ribbed concave center in antique gold, washed with a heavy patina glaze revealing ivory undertones.

Bryndle Squares, set of 9, A collage of unique 3-dimensional pieced patterns of rustic distressed fir wood, framed in silver leaf.
